We aim to ensure that as much of our food and wine is organic wherever possible - we estimate this is currently 90-95%.

We are proud to say that all of our meat comes Gazegill Organic Farm in Preston, our wine is supplied by organic wine specialists, Vintage Roots and most of our other produce comes from organic co-operatives across Greater Manchester. We aim to serve wild fish and seafood from sustainable sources. Please ask a member of staff if you would like any further information.
